Return and exchange warranty
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with our deliveries! Therefore we grant a period of 14 days for exchange and refund of goods in accordance with German Distance Selling Law. According to § 312d BGB (German Civil Code) you will be granted a right for withdrawal from contract for 2 weeks after receipt of delivery. A withdrawal does not have to show a reason, but please contact us at first respectively send us an E-Mail via the shop request form, and we will send you a RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable. For obervance of this period timely shipping of goods shall suffice.
International return shipments:
All shipments from other countries have to be prepaid by the customer. Should a return of goods be necessary because of major mistakes on our side (eg. wrong article), we will refund the shippingcosts exceptionally. IMPORTANT: Please contact us before shipment. Custom clearance is absolutely necessary for return shipments, so please include copy of invoice on which you mark the goods that are being returned.
After duration 14 days period the purchase contract is taking effect.
Should returned goods show obvious signs of use, we reserve the right to debase refund amount according to the amount of use. Custom-made items are also excluded from return- and refund. Please note that many of our articles are hand-made. Small variances in colours and models cannot be avoided entirely.
